Download the app:

You can download the iSurvey app to iOS (Apple) devices from the Apple App Store. To do this, go here or search for "iSurvey" in the App Store.

For Android devices, you can download iSurvey from the Google Play Store. To do this, go here or search for "iSurvey" in the Google Play Store.

Get started on a free trial:

Once you have downloaded the app, please contact our team to get started on a free trial. We will answer any questions you have about the system, get you set-up on the system according to your exact requirements and upgrade your account to the free trial.

Add Your Company Logo to the Top of Your Reports

As standard, reports produced in Inspector are white labelled. This means we don’t place any iSurvey branding on your reports. We also don’t charge extra to add your own branding.

To add your own logo to reports:

Head over to your online account and sign in, using the same email address and password you used to create your account.

In your online account, click My Account in the top menu, then click Update Details.

To upload your logo, click Choose File and locate your logo on your computer (we recommend using a JPEG or PNG file). After you’ve selected the file, save your logo by clicking the Submit button below.

Your account information, including associated email addresses and passwords, are all stored in your online account. To view and amend, login to your online account, go into “My Account” then click “Update Details”.

How to Automatically Email Reports to a Specific Address Once Finalised

To set iSurvey to automatically email the report to a specific address once finalised:

Login to your online account.
Click "My Account" at the top of the page.
"Update Details" will appear in the menu below. Click this.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the check box that says "Send report copy to email address".
Enter the desired email address in the box below.

This is particularly useful for agents who want to be notified when reports have been completed, and have them available for viewing as an attachment at the same time.

How to Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by visiting the iSurvey login page and clicking “Forgotten Password”.

We’ll send an automatically generated password to your account’s email address.

For security reasons, you should choose a unique password for iSurvey and never share your password in any correspondence.

If you continue to have trouble accessing your account, please contact us and we will get this fixed right away.
